We understand that sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control there might be a reason that you will need to return the item that you have purchased. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance so we can resolve this for you.
Our Returns Policy
For items that are damaged in transit, please contact us on receipt to report the damage; we may ask you to provide images, so please ensure that you keep the original packaging.
For the return of undamaged items, please contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery providing us with the full reason that you wish to return the item
Costs of Returning Goods
In the following cases, we will arrange to either collect the items or provide you with a credit for the cost of returning the goods:
The goods are not as described in the listing
The item supplied is not the item ordered
The item is damaged
You may be asked to bear the costs of returning the goods to us if:
The item is exactly as described but is no longer required
The item was ordered in error
Items must be returned using a method that requires signature for delivery
Items that are received without prior notification could incur a delay in resolving the issue and a credit or replacement being issued.
Refunds or Exchanges
We will endeavour to resolve your query as quickly as possible.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed on within 14 days of either receiving the returned items or agreement from us in writing for damaged items
