This system is constructed using race-proven materials. The high-grade titanium silencer outer sleeve is coupled with stainless-steel link pipes and headers, finished with black coated heatshields.

The new design for the XSR 900 features a neo-retro silencer for an enhanced sporty look, which exits on the side of the bike for visual impact. Power is increased by 1.9 bhp at 9,100 rpm and torque is improved by 1.4 Nm at 9,800 rpm when compared in back-to-back tests between the Akrapovic exhaust and with a standard stock exhaust system. In addition it creates a deep and intense sound.

A plug-in catalytic converter is included in the header to meet Euro5 approval, and is EC/ECE type approved.

This full system offers a simple plug and play installation (supplied with full step by step fitting instructions) and no requirement for any re-mapping.
